2 Month Doctor's Appointment

Well, I am now a little over two months old and what a 2 months it has been. I am a very lucky boy! That was until I went to the Dr's today to get a check up. You see, my mommy and daddy called it a "check up". That's adult talk for "you're getting shots today and it's going to hurt like crazy!" Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me! I won't fall for that again! Anyhoo, I appear to be getting my daddy's side of the family in terms of my size. I was a small newborn at a little over 6 lbs, but today, I measured 12 lbs 9 oz. That's right, I am in the 75 percentile of weight at my age. I am 24 inches long which puts me 90-95 percentile. The Dr. said my size was proportionate, whatever that means. He did say that I appeared to be a happy baby. DUH!!! Everything else appeared great until that girl came in after the Dr. I don't want to talk about that though.
