I became a firefighter like my daddy!

I followed my daddy's footsteps in being a firefighter. At the age of 5 months, I am the youngest infant to ever reach the level of Captain. From now on, whenever my name is mentioned in this blog, you WILL refer to me as Captain Graham Cohen. (Below are some pictures and transcript from a fire that I myself saved 3 elderly woman and 2 turtles. It's a dangerous job, but someone must put their life on the line to save life and property on a daily basis!

911 Center- "Engine 66"
Captain Graham- "This is Engine 66, go ahead communications"
911 Center- Engine 66, be advised..per another caller, heavy fire coming from the 2nd floor
Captain Graham-"That's clear. Place us on scene with a 2 two story residential structure with
heavy fire from the A-side and B-side of the dwelling. Have all units switch
to fire channel 3. Drop me a 3rd alarm. Have my second-in engine drop a tail
and start towards the C-side. Have Engine 67 be my RAT
team (rapid assistance team). Also, I will need Air Rescue 91 to be placed
on stand by, and dispatch a recall for all available personnel to respond to
their station. Once Engine 76 arrives on scene, have them be interior 2.

Reds Sweep the Tribe..as it should be!

REDS- 4 TRIBE- 2

BORN TO BE A REDS FAN!

I shed a tear when I learned Griffey was in the starting line-up. Enough is enough already!! Trade him, for all that's sacred!!

If I had teeth, I would show them like my mommy! For now, it's all gums!

Mommy, exactly how high are we in these seats?

Don't hate me because I'm beautiful!

This giraffe tried intimidating me like no zoo animal ever has before. I got 'em though!

This is Mrs. Baker. My daddy says she is Mr. Baker's nanny.

My daddy says this little "cage-like" fence is for me. We both know the truth, right mommy?

My mouth found my thumb! Or did my thumb find my mouth?

Wow, so this show you call "Cheating Wives" is supposed to teach me what?

Mother's Day 2008

OK, so let me tell you a little bit about the special person in my life called "My Mommy!". We all have a mommy, but let me tell you why mine is the best. I put it into a poem for all you ladies who think I don't have a soft side.

I Love My Mommy!
When I think of Mommy, I feel happy.
Because she's there all the time,
Every morning, day and night.
What I like best about Mommy,
Is that she makes dinner every night.
Mommy is special to me,
Because she plays hide and seek with me.
Every morning day and night.
And we have pizza every day. I like that a lot.
When she asks me if I love her, I say yes, yes a lot!
I love my Mommy.

(Ok, so it's not the best, but it's how I feel!)

Graham's 1st Haircut..short video clip

This is a short clip of my 1st haircut from my daddy's cell phone. Nothing like an 86 year-old with shaky hands cutting my hair for the first time! It's such a incredible confidence builder.

Classic! Graham laughing tonight at dinner

Dinner at my house is a pretty routine event. Every night, we usually sit down as a family at about 6pm and have dinner. We pray, eat and my mommy and daddy talk about their day. Tonight however, my mommy and daddy kept making this funny sound that made me laugh so much. Make sure your speakers are up and we're sorry it jumps towards the end. Enjoy!

SHHHH..my mommy doesn't know I'm watching TV!

Ok, so today my daddy stayed home with me and let me watch "Baby Einstein" while he cleaned the kitchen. Usually, these "puppet shows" come across boring to me, but this one isn't bad. My mommy doesn't like me watching tv at my age, but I think she would be ok with this one. At the risk of controversey and drama, let's not tell her. Although, it would be on my daddy, not me. Let's not throw him under the bus either.

Is this heaven daddy?

No son, it's Landen. - Field of Dreams

My Grandma Woods gave me these today. I bet you my girlfriend Sofia will dig these!

Probably not the diaper though. :( I'm working on that problem too.

Big Day visiting my Great Grandparents & Uncle AJ

This is a picture of me entertaining my great grandma and grandpa. They like ducks, so I brought mine from home. You know, the one that does the chicken dance. I think they liked it.

My great grandpa has a tremendous sense of humor. I laughed the whole time he held me!

My great grandma has the most comfortable quilt you have ever layed your head on!

Now most of you have probably heard of my Unlce A.J. by now. You know, the one with the baseball tournament and all?? Well, I never really had the chance of meeting him until today. My daddy told me how much he misses Uncle A.J. and how he really would have loved me. I wish I could have met him, but I know there is one thing I can do everyday to keep him close to me...............Keep Smiling!

Random Pics from early May 2008

My daddy has searched high and low for some matching visors for him and I, but no luck so far.

O.K., this doggy is scaring me!

I prefer the puffy hair of Marty Brennaman over Thom. Taste like chicken!

Mommy, these green beans rock but when are you going to introduce steak to me?

Livin' the dream! I am so blessed to be me!

Livin' the dream in Landen

There are many wonderful places in Cincinnati that my parents could have selected to live. Over-the-Rhine, Lincoln Heights, Arlington Heights, Lockland, West End, East End, Price Hill or even Bond Hill. But my parents chose Beautiful Landen over those quaint neighborhoods to raise me and my future siblings. Tonight, it was beautiful! Sunny and 70!

Does it get any better than this?

Uh, do you have proof these are actually my toes? I wish I had my dad's feet!

Is my mom over there?

Or over there?

Hey, come back here!!!!

Enough of that breast milk already!

The breastmilk has been great, but I think I'll just take two fingers this meal. Thanks mommy!

They strap me into this seat like I'm going to the darn moon!

Congratulations Mclain Family- Baby Sofia is here!

Sofia Mclain was born on Monday April 28th at 8:49am. She is beautiful and everyone is doing well. I can tell you that Graham is knocking the door down to be the first of his friends to work his mojo on young Sofia. I told him that I don't think her parents would appreciate such an aggressive approach from a infant boy this early in her life. But he'll probably still try. He is a Cohen though, so it is to be expected! Again, congratulations to the Mclains and young Sofia! Check out their blog to view more photos: The Mclain Family
